The program is held at the Sloan Family Building for Aftermarket Studies on Northwood University's campus in Midland, Mich. The Sloan Family Building is a state-of-the-art conference center with 25,000 sq. ft. of classroom, meeting, and conference space. The building's major benefactor was the Sloan family, founders of General Parts International, one of the major members of CARQUEST.

Participants will be housed right on campus in Northwood University's conference hotel. In addition, guests will have access to Northwood's extensive fitness center and student union throughout their stay. The university also has its very own on-site catering service, which will provide meals during the week.
